Communication from the Chair

The Speaker of the County Assembly addresses the chamber on various issues arising from debates or requests for rulings by any member of the County Assembly.

The Speaker usually issues formal communication to the house to respond to prevailing issues, or to address issues relating to the conduct of business in the house.

The Speaker may also issue a communication when he has information to pass on to the County Assembly from his office or any other office.
